In five minutes time I could…
Brew a pot of green tea
Call and schedule a doctor’s appointment
Visualize
Do pushups and situps
Make a fruit and veggie packed smoothie
Get a mini massage
Go for a walk and enjoy the fresh air
Take vitamins
Pray

So many things all in a tiny bit of time.
